The role of Business Technology Account Manager will be the main point of contact for our clients, whilst creating and developing new business opportunities.
You will be maintaining the strongest relationships with existing clients
- Helping identify and convert new business opportunities
- Ensuring client satisfaction, retention and development
- Responsible for taking briefs from clients, interrogating it , and handing over to development teams for delivery
- Leading the quote and proposal process for clients
You must possess:
- Excellent standard of written/spoken communication
- Excellent standard of computer literacy
- Ability to adapt and embrace cutting edge tools and ways of working
- Great personal and social skills
- A keen eye for detail, consistency, branding and user experience
- General marketing knowledge
- Confidence skills to win and retain business
Technical knowledge regarding general software development would also be an advantage but not a strict requirement.
